If you’re looking for a spacious apartment with exceptional views in Saas-Fee, look no further. Jessica 2 is situated on the first floor of Haus Jessica, which is located just on the edge of the village centre. The location of the apartment offers spectacular panoramic mountain views from it’s wrap-around balcony.
This spacious apartment sleeps up to 8 + 2 people (additional fees incurred for use of sofa bed), with 3 individual bedrooms and the option for an additional 2 on the large sofa bed! The master bedroom consists of a double bed, lots of storage and an en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms have access to a shared rainfall shower bathroom.
The apartment boasts an open plan living area set around a wood burning fireplace with seating for 8 people across the comfortable sofa, chairs and fatboy beanbag. Adjacent is a dining table which seats 8-10 people, as well as a breakfast bar island in the kitchen area.
Jessica 2 is the perfect apartment for a group of friends or a family as it provides all the privacy and commodities needed to thoroughly enjoy your ski or summer break!
REQUESTS
We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.
TOURIST TAX
We require all guest names & dates of births on booking so we can register your party into the tourist system.

Directions from the Bus Station/Car Park: make your way to Rosenstrasse, follow the road until it meets Lomattenstrasse. Carry on straight and pass Hotel Marmot which is on your right. Continue up the road until you get to Hannig lift station, turn left and continue down, past Haus Peak, until you get to Haus Jessica (on your right).
The entrance will be unlocked and Jessica 2 is on entry level. The door to the left of the elevator.
Saas-Fee is a car free village however, if you require an elektro taxi we recommend using Taxi Bolero (027 957 70 20).

Notes
Please note that prices exclude tourist tax. We require tourist tax to be paid in cash during your stay. SaasFeeHolidays accepts this on behalf of Saas-Fee's Tourism Board. This is charged per person, per night.
Winter Rates: 4.50 CHF per adult (16+) , 2.25 CHF per child (6-15). Infants (5 and under) are free.
Summer Rates: 7.00 CHF per adult (16+) , 4.50 CHF per child (6-15). Infants (5 and under) are free.

A fantastic getaway!
What a fabulous place to unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. The flat is gorgeous, sparkling clean, superbly equipped and the view is simply breathtaking. We didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend this place!
