This modern and charming penthouse apartment spans the entire top floor of the fantastic, brand new and centrally located, Britannia development.
Boasting panoramic views of the mountain peaks above Saas-Fee and the rooftops below, this is a perfect location to spend your summer or winter vacation; enjoying the views from the south facing balcony.
Another key feature of this property is the exclusive lift access. With the turn of a key you are taken from entrance level directly into the apartment, making access in and out very easy. For those of you that prefer to take the stairs, rest assured, this is possible.
Also, you will have access to the apartments private ski locker, which is located on the ground floor of the building.
The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, furnished with luxurious box spring beds. There is plenty of storage too, with built in wardrobes in each room. The master bedroom has the welcome extra of an ensuite. Both bathrooms are spacious and modern, with bath tubs.
The open kitchen is also extremely well equipped, with everything you could need for your stay. Including a coffee machine, oven, microwave and an instant boiling water tap. Meaning you are able to create some delicious meals to serve at the dining table, or instant hot chocolates - a perfect companion to snuggle up in the lounge with in front of the log burning fire or TV.
REQUESTS
We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.
TOURIST TAX
We require all guest names & dates of births on booking so we can register your party into the tourist system.

What a brilliant holiday! Lovely apartment and one to which we would return without hesitation. SFH we’re attentive and looked after us very well. To top it off the village was beautiful and the skiing/snow of the highest quality. 5 stars!
A sunny week in Saas Fee
We had a very nice week in your Penthouse. The apartment is well equipped and Antonio was a very attentive host. The basement storage for the skis is a bit suboptimal however its easy to rent locker space closer to the lifts.
Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in Britannia. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Modern, new, with a great location in town. We got lockers in one of the ski depots near the slopes to avoid carrying skis and walking with boots, but one could walk the distance too. The apartment was decorated with a Christmas tree too! The balcony was a perfect spot to watch fireworks on NYE. We were really well looked after by managers of the property who were prompt with communication. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed staying the Britannia Penthouse. It is clearly brand new, well maintained and fully equipped with everything one needs. It felt like staying "at home". Responsiveness of Saas Fee holidays was excellent. Not only prior, but also during and after having stayed in the property. The location is excellent. Elegantly in the city center nearby all shops & resto's. The penthouse is high enough to enjoy a great view on the mountains. Overall nothing but a straight forward 5 star review!

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, und genau so wie auf den Bilder gezeigt mit eigenem Liftzugang bis in die Wohnung. Es ist neu, sehr sauber und mit modernen, schönen Möbeln lieblich eingerichtet. Sehr zentral gelegen.Ideal um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
